Private Hypnotherapy, $115 (1 hr.)
Confidential, focused and specific to your needs. In these sessions, we will focus on the most important issue that you choose to work on, and for which I will produce a hypnotherapy script and CD specifically for you. I will use the script during your session and give you the CD to use for reinforcement at home. Possibilities for focus include phobias, memory enhancement, smoking cessation, weight management, stress, surgery prep, pain management, insomnia and even comfortable childbirth! Please note that children often respond wonderfully to hypnosis for many of the issues mentioned above, as well as bed-wetting, anxiety and sports/artistic performance. Often, related issues can be addressed in one session. Conversely, there are issues that are best treated with multiple sessions or via Soul Journeying, so please call me for a free phone consultation.
Soul Journeying, $195 (approx. 2 ½ hrs.)*
My long awaited, deeper hypnosis sessions are now available for exploring your past & future lives, life-between-lives and the spirit realm – wherever your Higher Self takes you to investigate your soul’s highest concerns for your current life and your soul’s progression. Often, as I guide you into a deeper hypnotic state, your Higher Self (your subconscious mind) is available for detailed explanations and understanding. In these truly unique sessions, your current life issues may be easily relieved and understood – particularly those that have not been successfully resolved by other means. Emotions are strong links in both time and space. If you have a crisis from your past to which you have unresolved, attached emotions, after-effects may continue resurfacing until you put the matter to rest. Pains can be lessened, fears put to rest, and hyper emotions calmed. Most often, issues can be resolved in one, unforgettable session. My clients have reported greater peace, a higher sense of spiritual being and life-purpose, better understanding about their relationships and life’s trials &/or enhanced health in body, mind and spirit. Explore your past lives! These sessions are meant for those interested in discovering more about themselves and what has shaped their current sense of self. Questions that may be addressed include “Why am I so drawn to a specific time period?”, “Why am I so obsessed with a certain culture?” or “Why do I feel like I’ve known someone before?” You will be guided through the most important past-life events possible for unearthing answers to your questions in a safe and monitored setting. Remember that hypnosis, regression, Reiki, meditation and other forms of complementary care should be utilized in conjunction with other methods of care as prescribed by your primary care physician and not in place of prescribed care.
